Who We Are
Animal Services is dedicated to protecting the health, safety, and well-being of both people and animals in our community. Our team works daily to provide care for animals, respond to service requests, ensure local animal ordinances are followed and help animals find new homes through adoptions.
What We Do
Animal Services Officers respond to animal-related concerns throughout the city and enforce municipal animal laws, including vaccination, licensing, and leash requirements.
The shelter staff ensures that all the animals in our care get medical attention, provide clean, safe housing, are fed, and given fresh water daily.
Our volunteers, 18 yrs+, can help with enrichment for our animals, minor housekeeping, Fostering some animals that may need some more attention, assisting with adoption events, and so much more.
